Lifting heavy definitely makes you stronger. It's a shame not everybody gets into lifting like this woman. I suppose whatever gets you motivated will make you work towards your goals more. Lifting for me is fun which makes it easier, and I think people really do have to enjoy exercising or they'll never excel at it.

I love your blog so much! Not sure if you know much about Amanda Russell but she and her workouts are absolutely amazing. Definitely a good idea to share some info to all of your readers. I'm so obsessed with her 14 Day Shape Up Plan and app and everything (: Thought I'd pass that along!
